Kuta Regency SAFIR, villa B3 is a four bedroom luxury villa and is part of a secure complex - Ideal for your family holiday.

Large, two storey 4-bedroom villa of approximately 23 squares. Living areas are air conditioned and all bedrooms have an individual air conditioner.

 

Villa Features:

  • Master bedroom (upstairs) has queen size Balinese bed, ensuite and balcony overlooking the pool.

  • Two additional bedrooms upstairs, each with queen size bed and shared bathroom

  • Lounge/living area upstairs

  • Entrance hallway on the ground floor

  • Personal electronic combination safe.

  • Aluminium / glass folding door may be used to separate the downstairs living and pool areas.

  • Our housemaid cleans and makes up the beds each day

  • Fourth bedroom with queen sized bed (on the ground floor)

  • TV, C/D, DVD Player, Indovision (Multi Channel), Wi Fi

  • Water Softener

  • Open plan kitchen, dining, lounge, living area looks out onto large outside swimming pool with water feature and Balinese Hut.

  • Separate bathroom beside pool with toilet and hot shower.

  • Minimum stay is three nights

  • Each additional guest $15 per night. Maximum of 8 guests.

  • Late check-out available extra AUS $120, up to 10pm.

  • Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged
